I understand that life can be unpredictable and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. AFTER HOURS/SQUEEZE INS: if you wish to come during “out of business hours” there would be an additional $50 charge. Squeeze ins are $25 There is a 50% cancellation fee if you miss or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time. There is a 15 min grace period, anything after will be a $20 charge added to your balance. If you do not make it during the time blocked for your appt, you will be cancelled & will be marked as a “no show”. You would be charged 50% of your service When booking, GLOSSGENIUS requires a valid credit card on file. If your card cannot be processed within 24 hours of missing or canceling your appointment, you will be banned from future bookings. A $40 fee will be charged to lift the ban, which will not apply to any service. My cancellation policy is important to understand prior to booking in order to avoid any unnecessary fees.
